We aim to get your goods to you as quickly & as cheaply as possible. We try only to charge you what our couriers charge us!

All orders are dealt with at the close of work on the day of ordering, the office is closed at weekends so please take that into account. Standard delivery for a stock item will therefore be 2 – 4 working days, this will be after your payment has cleared. If you require an urgent or next day delivery then just call us, we will check stock & process your order immediately.

Made to measure items will take 7 – 21 working days to deliver & you will be notified by email. Most blinds are made to measure products.

If your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email & given a full refund should you not wish to proceed.

Charges

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge. This is per manufacturer.
Orders under £100 will be subject to a £10 delivery charge.
Small items will be subject to a £5 delivery charge.
Orders to UK islands & the Scottish Highlands will be subject to a £20 delivery charge.
Delivery charges can change due to product size or location, you will be notified by email in advance.

Conditions

As deliveries are reliant on couriers, the weather & other factors, we cannot 100 % guarantee the exact date of delivery. We will take no responsibility for losses arising as a result.

We shall not be liable for losses, costs or related expenses incurred by any party as a result, directly or indirectly of any late deliveries.

If you give incorrect information regarding your delivery address or status, we reserve the right to charge for any additional costs incurred.
