We haven’t had a team of corporate lawyers poring over every detail in order to give us an escape clause for every eventuality.

We aim to do business in a fair & considerate manner with conditions that protect both you & us. We & our suppliers are all human. Pricing, typing & descriptive errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to cancel or terminate any order at any time for whatever reason.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation, do not take this as a guarantee that we can fulfil the order.

We cannot be held liable for any losses by the customer / third party either directly or indirectly as a result of products shown or priced on this web site, either before or after placing an order.

All products are pictured & described as accurately as possible, however as lots of our goods are made from real wood, you can get slight colour variations & this should be considered when ordering, if in doubt call us first or request a product sample.

If anything is obviously wrong or not as described then it will of course be replaced free of charge.

Prices

The price of any goods listed is the price including VAT but excluding any delivery charges. The total price will be displayed at checkout & include VAT / delivery, this will depend upon goods ordered & no of manufacturers.

No quibble returns

If for any reason you don’t like the goods you have ordered, you can return them. This strictly does not apply to made to measure items.

It is your responsibility to arrange for the safe return of the goods,  or we can arrange for one of  our couriers to collect. You will then be charged the return costs. Once the goods have been examined & found to be intact & in their original condition, your card will then be credited with the amount, minus any carriage charges.

It is very important that for goods to be returned, they must be in all the original packaging, unopened & not damaged. So please be careful & check the goods before you sign for them. You must also be able to stay in on the day of collection in order to hand the goods to the courier.

If goods are faulty in any way or develop a fault within the first 12 months, we will be happy to replace them. We will arrange for collection.

The goods will be assessed by the manufacturer then replaced free of charge If found to be defective. If the goods have been tampered with, misused or damaged due to negligence, then the carriage costs incurred will be deducted from your card.

 If you wish to cancel an order this must be done by phone or email on the same day as placing the order & no costs will be incurred.

Care & attention

Most of the goods that we supply are made from timber & metals.

All products are made to the best of a manufacturer’s ability, however please take care, both when opening the products & indeed when installing them.

If in doubt get a professional in, we can always recommend somebody!

We cannot be held liable for any damage or injuries either to persons or property, as or indirectly as a result of products supplied by us.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you have ordered are suitable for the application involved. We will gladly give you any advice or recommend a professional, but ultimately if you are doing the job yourself, it is your responsibility to make sure that the products are safe & secure for both the medium & short term.

Points

Again it is important that you thoroughly check the goods when the courier delivers them, they legally become yours when you put your signature down.

Do not try to contact any of our suppliers / manufacturers. They are trade only.

All correspondence should be directly with ourselves.

We try to be a nice company to deal with & will try to trade with you in a manner that we would expect, when buying from somebody else.
